What to know before buying
- SAFE AND FOCUSED TRAINING – Our FITGRIFF lifting bands are the silent partner for training, weight lifting, heavy rowing, lat machine, and pull ups. Designed to distribute weight and reduce forearm fatigue, they keep your focus on muscle activation, not the grip.
- DESIGNED FOR DURABILITY AND COMFORT – Woven from dense pure cotton, these straps ensure durability and safety, complemented by neoprene wrist padding to prevent skin irritation and discomfort during intense weightlifting exercises.
- CUSTOMIZED SIZES FOR EVERY ATHLETE – Our weightlifting straps are available in two size options, designed to fit wrists from the most robust to the smallest. This ensures a perfect fit for every athlete, man or woman, eliminating the problem of slipping or adjustments during a workout.
- GRIP CUSTOMIZATION – Choose classic bands for a traditional feel or bands with greater grip. Both options ensure safe and non-slip lifting, adapting to all preferences.
- OPTIMAL LENGTH AND SYMMETRY – With an approximate length of 58 cm, our fitness straps allow for 2 to 3 windings around the barbell, ensuring a secure and adaptable hand position. Each strap is distinctly marked left or right, helping in the correct positioning for an efficient and effective workout every time.
